All maintenance calls must be called in before 2:00 p.m. at 478.836.3530.
After 2:00 p.m., work orders may be done the next business day.

Only emergency calls will be taken Friday-Sunday at 478.955.8130 (Emergency ONLY).

Maintenance Repair Charges are available at the office.
Please pick up a copy of Maintenance Repair Charges to review what qualifies as an emergency. If maintenance call is found to be a non-emergency, there will be a $35 service call charged to the resident.
