No Smoking Policy

Roberta Housing Inc. buildings, rental units, and all property are smoke-free. Smoking includes inhaling, exhaling, burning, or carrying any lighted cigar, cigarette, pipe, or other lighted smoking device. This also includes the use of E-cigarettes, vapor emitting devices, and hookahs.

In July 2018, Roberta Housing Inc. adopted a no smoking policy. No lighted prohibited tobacco products will be allowed in restricted areas of Roberta Housing Inc. (all living units and other interior areas and within 25 feet of a Roberta Housing Inc. owned structure). Residents, aides, visitors and guests are covered by this policy.
