Pet Policy Form

Pets are allowed under certain conditions:

• A Service Animal
• Emotional Support Animal

It is your responsibility to notify Roberta Housing Inc. immediately if you acquire a pet. Documentation for either a service animal or a support animal is required.

The Pet Policy and Assistive Animal Policy Form must be completed and provided to the Roberta Housing Inc. office.
